Policy regarding return(refund) of order :
Ekikayi.com will try best to provide you/user/customer best online shopping experience including edit or customize the product according to you. We will try to help you in every case but Ekikayi.com do not provide the alternative to return orders because we produce personalized printed products that are solely customized by you and as your requirements. Please check your customized order twice before placing an order for any kind of spelling mistake or any mistake, We held no responsibility for such error, we will print as you/user/customer will create final order to place. If cancellation by you/user/customer:
Ekikayi.com always try to provide your orders as soon as possible by printing it the same day you ordered. The alternative to canceling your order is possible if it has not been printed or processed by the time cancellation request has been made. If an order has not printed the amount may be refunded to the customer . we request to you/user/customer to make a contact to our customer care support team to cancel your order. you may also send an email to us at care@Ekikayi.com regarding your order.
Transfer of Title
The customer agrees that the shipping terms for all printed Products are FOB shipping point and ownership transfers to the customer upon shipment. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you/user/customer upon our delivery to the carrier. For any Product that is to be provided to the customer will be in a hard copy format, the customer agrees that delivery of such Product shall be deemed to have occurred either (a) at the time we deliver the Product thru courier of mentioned addressed to the customer or (b) at the time we transmit a notification to the customer that the Product is available from the Site.
